Teocalli Mountain

Legends have spoke for centuries about the mystic peak of Teocalli, crafted by the ancient Anasazi beans and rice. The mountain was formed when they had to preserve resources of sour cream, guacamole, steak, and of course, the legendary Teocalli tamale. When one climbs to the top of this mountain, they can see it for themselves as a Sherpa presents them with a burrito at the top, scooped from the very foundations of this mountain. You don't want to miss this climb.

The Teocalli Ridge Loop Trail winds thru the valley with Teocalli Mountain always in view. I like that it is a loop trail so you always have new scenery the entire hike. There is a trail off of the Ridge Loop Trail that would allow you to summit Teocalli Peak but the distance is not included in the Ridge Loop Trail itself.
