Conundrum Peak

Looks great from Conundrum Trail. Can't wait to climb it! ‐------ Update ------ Hiked it from Campsite #1, up the jeep road which does definitely require 4x4 in a couple sections, to the upper TH where the real climbing begins! Crossing from Castle to Conundrum was steep and took about 45 mins to get there and around an hour to get back; the couloir/glissade down from Conundrum was melted out. The views from both peaks are amazing!

Love this peak, not only because it is easy to get to from castle peak, but looking back at castle peak from 14 thousand is awesome. Definitely one of my favorite views so far. Recommend just for the experience to look back at castle. Going down the trail through the saddle wasn't as much fun but better than hiking up castle and back down the other trail.

Great 14er - not a lot of loose rocks, about 11 miels round trip including Castle Peak.
