This is a beautiful sub alpine lake. Unfortunately, our trusty bureaucrats have decided to poison all of the fish in this lake in September 2023. Then they will restock it with prettier fish that they prefer.. Your tax dollars at work.

Wonderful hike, moderately difficult, not too long. Very pretty lake in a gorgeous setting along the Continental Divide Trail. Recommended for a day hike. Great stopping point before heading up to the higher segments of the CDT.
