We stayed one night and it was great. Check in was easy and quick. We got there at 1:00pm and were allowed to get our room right away. Parking was a problem but not too difficult. We used the adult hot springs pool and it was perfect. The men’s locker room was neat and clean with several showers. My wife said the same for the women’s locker. All places were attended by knowledgeable employees willing to help. Having never been there before we needed assistance with several questions. There are at least 20 buildings and a number of cabins and the map they provided made finding things much easier. We were very pleased with our stay and would like to come again.
Went for a day trip to enjoy the warm waters. Was hoping for more of a 'natural' hot springs spa type environment with natural soaking pools. Mt Princeton offers man made pools for soaking and a 'warm sand' cold water soaking environment on the Chalk Creek. Lower areas has two soaking pools and the creek. Upper area has a warm and hot soaking pool. The warm pool also has a pair of long water slides.
I really enjoyed my stay here!! Lovely clean room, warm welcoming staff, meals at the restaurant were excellent, spa treatment/massage was great. Only thing was it’s a tad crowded on the weekends. Would have loved the spa/adult area to have more benches in the pools and be less crowded!
I was staying with a friend from Denver, and we chose this resort for a little getaway, and I'm so glad we did! The resort is absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in the Cliffside Rooms, and they were close, but far enough away to feel secluded, and the views were beautiful. We both got spa services, and it was worth every penny. Even though I had a small hickup with my massage (my original therapist didn't show up that day) they did everything to make sure I did get a massage, and went above and beyond to make sure the situation was resolved and really took care of me - especially Kelly and Jenny (also huge shout out to Laura and Sarah for the wonderful facial and massage)! The springs themselves are so relaxing, and I love that there are many different temperature, size, and vibe options. Lastly, the restaurant is really good. We mainly ate breakfast and dinner, and both were really great. I highly recommend Mary's Croissant for breakfast and The 14er and the Elk for dinner. We really had an amazing time, and we want to thank the incredible staff. Everyone we encountered were so kind and attentive. Special thanks to Deborah at the front desk, Kelly, Jenny, Laura, and Sarah at the spa, Kyle W., Sadie, and Clarice H. at Mary Murphy restaurant! My only note for improvement is it may be time to replace the pillows. They are super flat. Lol I really hope to visit again in the future!
Had a wonderful time at Mt. Princeton. Our girls group stayed in the hot water pools, and it was so relaxing. The pools are different temperatures, and the darker pool is much hotter than the lighter pool with the waterslide, really great for soaking sore muscles. There's a food truck that also sells drinks and a very basic locker room with some lockers and bathrooms.
