Cottonwood Hot Springs Inn & Spa

Overall, not bad. However, the place is in need of a lot of repairs and maintenance. Pools are very hot.

I have given a few bed reviews to this place and all of them were deleted. It just shows how relevant the reviews are. This place is not worth $34. There is mold in the showers most of the shower heads were broken and doesn't drain properly. It's dirty and need maintenance. Also sauna never works ... And so on. Only nice is the access to the river.

We used the pools for the hot springs, not the hotel: this review is just for the hot springs portion. Technically, there were hot springs and the various pools are pretty nice, but the other facilities are severely lacking. The women's shower area is falling apart, two shower stalls function, but third one was missing a handle. There was no functioning men's shower room, though my husband did find one functioning toilet in the men's section (he had to move construction supplies to access it). We have been using this hot springs for years and enjoyed the rustic, peaceful feel, but did not think this year's price increase to $30 per adult is justified by the deteriorating facilities.

Love the springs, different temperatures allow everyone to be comfortable and the surrounding views are great. It's pretty pricey now for the low quality and small changing rooms, no amenities except water. No tmobile service (no wifi) so gauging the weather on our way home proved difficult.

This place is AMAZING soaking in the nature. This is not a fancy place either fancy amenities its the nature. Its better than any fancy spa it has a real spirit. David is our personal hero helping us in our unusual situation. Also no screaming kids alcohol or drug use. Only 100% relaxation. Love it coming back 100%
