Although Taylor Park is completely trashed by ATVs the Collegiate Peaks wilderness above it has some great, beautiful and private country. I keep returning here, year after year.
Some of the biggest and most accessible mountainnscapes in Colorado. I would highly suggest camping or climbing literally any peak here.

The Collegiate Range is stunning! Mountain biking in the area is also fantastic.
